CCTV Cameras, Sound System for Convocation Hall, Provision of Intercom Facility
University of Malakand invites
sealed quotations from reputed firms/suppliers registered with relevant tax
authorities and who are on Active Taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue
for the purchase of:
1) CCTV Cameras
2) Sound
System for Convocation Hall
3) Provision
of Intercom Facility
Tender documents containing detailed information, terms & conditions are available on the Website of Malakand University and KPPRA and can also be obtained from the office of the Treasurer at a cost of Rs.1500/- for S.No.01 Rs. 1000/- for S.No.02&03 respectively to be deposited in University Account No. 3-2 NBP University Branch through in favor of Treasurer. Further 2% as earnest money of the total quoted value in the shape of CDR in favor of Treasurer University of Malakand may also be attached with the tender documents. Intending supplier must send their Tender/Quotation along with soft copy/USB by Courier Services to reach this office up to 10:30 A.M on or before 19/10/2023 and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M in Committee Room University of Malakand. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders/Quotations according to KPPRA Rules.
Tender Documents:
1)
Each page of the
quotations should carry the signature and stamp of the vender. Quotations found
with overwriting, cutting and interpolation will be considered cancelled. Equal rates of two firms will be finalized on
draw.
2)
No vender has the
right to hand over his work to any other firm without the prior approval of the
competent authority. Failing which the tender will be considered cancelled.
3)
All taxes will be
deducted as per approved rates of the Govt.
4)
No advance
payment will be made before supply of the items.
5)
The cost of goods
will be paid on the receipt of the pre-receipted bills.
6)
The acceptance of
articles will be subject to the inspection and approval of the end user at the
point of delivery.
7)
10% Security will
be deducted from the total bill and will be released after three months.
8)
Items supplied
with low quality will be rejected and no payment will be made to the supplier
for the rejected items.
9)
Payment will be
made only after complete delivery.
10) The items shall be supplied in packed form and opened
in front of the end user.
11) The firm will be responsible for supplying the items
within an agreed/ stipulated time, failing which penalty will be imposed as per
KPPRA Rules. However, based on ground reality/ sound reasons, the competent authority
may extend the period on the request of the supplier.
12) The competent authority may increase or decrease the
quantity.
13) The rates offered shall be valid for a period of four
months irrespective of the validity period mentioned in the quotation from the
date of opening of the tender.
14) The tender will be opened at 11:00 A.M on 19/10/2023 in
Committee Room University of Malakand in the presence of the intending bidders
or their representative.
