Applications are invited on the prescribed form from the most deserving and talented students for financial assistance/educational stipend from the Zakat and Ushr Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The purpose of the program is to help out the poor/deserving students who are unable to continue their studies due to financial constraints.

Eligibility and Requirements:

To ensure your application is processed, please provide the following documents as per official guidelines:

• Complete Scholarship Form: (Schedule-III/Educational Stipends General).
• Identification: Student CNIC or Form-B copy.
• Guardian Documentation: Copy of Father’s CNIC.
• Academic Records: Last DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate) and Domicile.
• Institutional Verification: A Cover Letter from your concerned School, College, or University.
• Zakat Registration: Formal entry in the Local Zakat Committee (LZ-19 Register) is mandatory.

Application Procedure:

• Download the application form from the University of Malakand website or collect it from the office of your respective department.
• Complete the applicant particulars, including family student details and employment information accurately.
• Visit your Local Zakat Committee (LZC) to have the relevant section signed and stamped by the LZC Chairman to certify eligibility.
• Submit the completed application along with all required supporting documents to your respective department.

Important Information:

• Tentative Interview Date: Monday, 23rd December 2025.
• Students currently receiving a scholarship from any other Government department or source are not eligible to apply.
• Students will be informed on their WhatsApp number regarding any further updates.
