Application-Form Need based Scholarship for Batch 11.pdf

1. The last date for submission of form complete in all respect will be Wednesday 15th May 2024 during office hours.
2. The form available on university website needs to be filled in carefully, so that no mandatory field left over blank, which may lead to the disqualification of the students and be accompanied by all required documents mentioned in the instruction part (Application form Checklist) of the form.
3. The form needs to be submitted to the respective departments.
4. Only BS (4-year), ADS (5th semester), Pharm-D and LLB 5-years students can apply for the scholarship.
5. Incomplete form and form without the prescribed documents will not be entertained.
6. At a time, a student can avail only one scholarship, therefore those availing other scholarship are ineligible.
