Applications are invited for the following positions under the DGST-funded Research Project titled: “AIEnabled Multicrop Disease Surveillance, Diagnosis, and Treatment Advisory System for Climate-Resilient Agriculture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” being implemented at the Department of Computer Science & IT, University of Malakand, under the Local Challenges Grant / R&D Consortia Program, Directorate General of Science & Technology (DGST), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The positions are purely project-based and contractual for a period of 12 months.

Terms and conditions

1. Interested candidates are invited to appear before selection committee on April 6, 2026 at 11 am at theOffice of Principal Investigator Department of CS & IT. Original Documents along with attestedPhotocopies must be produced at the time of Interview. However, upon reasonable request, candidatesmay also be allowed to appear in the interview online via Zoom, in line with current government anduniversity policies aimed at fuel conservation.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
3. Positions are purely project-based and temporary, initially for 12 months only.
   
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
5. The Principal Investigator reserves the right to cancel any or all positions without assigning any reason.
6. Selected candidates will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.
