Two Days Training Workshop on "Stress Management During Major Life Transitions" organized by Department of Psychology,UoM in collaboration with Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapists on November 21-22, 2022 in Multi-Purpose Hall,Department of Education,UoM. The Resource Person will be Miss Sadia Hashmi, Practising Counselor, Rozan Islamabad. The VC UoM Prof Dr Rashid Ahmad will grace the event.
